GoCrisis has a worldwide team of trained and experienced responders whom we call upon in crises to apply their skills. Our GoResponders receive regular training to offer a scalable resource to assist our clients with functions such as Family Assistance services (supporting families with practical assistance after a disaster), Social Media Response (helping our client maintain a strong online presence by helping to answer questions on social media), by answering phone enquiries (call centre services), and by providing assistance in the office through Administrative Support.
The GoResponder team also has professional or skilled expertise for services such as search and recovery, repatriation, recovery and remedial support.
